Ordered A DVD/VCR Combo. It Got Here & It Didn't Work.
Sent It Back To Heartland America. Saw Another One & Asked If They Would Exchange It, & Charge My C.Card For The Difference. They Said Yes.
I Got The Same DVD/VCR Combo Back A Few Weeks Later.

Order was back ordered-no notification. Called about back order, told "may be december" Told rep to cancel order and reverse charge. Was told to contact PayPal . PayPal was VERY helpful. PayPal resolved the billing issue, HA was useless and...

violin was not quite what I expected, more like a toy than instrument,the plugins for bugs works I already have less spiders. I reordered and this time they are on backorder so alot of people must have liked them
