My only disappointment was that the item was on hand. After I placed the order, I was advised that it was on backorder. It arrived on time -- but only one day before we left home. Other than this issue, my experience with LuggageBase was excellent

Very nice luggage; sturdy and designed well. Made it from San Francisco to Amsterdam good as new. Rolls well on several types of surfaces. I like the easy way to attach another piece of luggage for easy transport. Definately light!
