on line computer would not let me get good seating. It took at least 30 minutes to order tickets.

The software was unfriendly. It kept insisting that I had given thye wrong name for my credit card when I had not.

The extra fees for a $15 ticket amounted to $25.19! I was appalled and then I found that while I picked up the tickets from will call at the Wild Horse, people were purchasing their tickets there for $15 without the fees.

i never received the order. in this particular case it's not a huge deal because the promoter rescheduled the show. however, the rep i spoke with a month ago said the original tickets were mailed out.

I bought 4 tickets, on 2 tickets I paid $15 for 2 day shipping (thats an extra $30) I got all tickets the same day.
