Order was not promised as scheduled and twice I had to call to get a resolution. First time using Ticket Master and I am not happy with the web site or process.

I thought that it was somewhat ridiculous that if I print the tickets myself there was a $2.50 fee, but if I took the chance of having them sent regular mail(where I had no guarantee of ever receiving them) it was free.

Service charges are rediculous! ~12% over the cost of the ticket and that was expensive enough.

YOur service fee per ticket is too high and there's no alternative. Same price whether mailed out or pick up at ticketmaster kiosk. I usually go to the kiosk but there was plenty of time to have these tickets mailed to me.

It's always easy to buy tickets but the service charges are outrageous. Especially when I print them myself and they don't even have to mail them out!! An extra $33 dollars for two tickets is over the top.
