The product I ordered was received on time. The only comment I heard about it is that the video karaoke was in black and white and not in color. It was purchased as a gift and I had it delivered to an address other than my own.

I LOVE ACE KARAOKE. THEY ARE GREAT AND EVERTHING THEY SAY COMES TRUE. FRIENDLY, ON TIME, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND EVERY OTHER GOOD THING THERE IS TO SAY ABOUT THEM.

Ace Karaoke has one of the best selections of karaoke music that Ive found. Their prices are reasonable and they ship my orders in a timely fashion. I keep them bookmarked so I can shop them whenever I need to.
