The price of the product was absurdely extreme considering the fact that the previous one only lasted for three uses.

There were mistakes made when processing my payment, and I had to really push to guarantee delivery within the 2-3 day time frame stipulated on the web site for expidited shipping. Also, the cap that goes on the end of the iwalk was missing.
