I found the web site a little confusing, in regards to the free shipping rebate. It is so complicated, time consuming and inconvenient to actually redeem the rebate, it's almost not worth it! Otherwise, the purchase was good.

I was disapointed that I did not receive the oils I ordered which were the main reason I ordered from this company. They had them on sale untill Nov. but said they were out of the on sale oils. they could have sent the same item that was not expired.

Not only was my order delivered in time, the box was in tact, well taped...and inside the items were kept safe with a good amount of 'peanuts' to prevent the items in my order from breaking. I wil definitely order from 911HealthShop.com again and...
