Needed a car seat for new Grand daughter. Knew what I wanted and found very reasonably priced at BabyCatalog.com. Was leery of reliability of company (on-line) and very satisfied. I am happy with the product (so far) and timely delivery.

Baby catalog's combined price and shipping were far less than other sites. Although the website said to allow 2 to 4 weeks for shipping, I received my Sleep Sheep in 3 days. Very satisfied.

My order was missing some items. I had to call customer service and inquire about the missing items . I would have appreciated on note or message on my invoice or an email to inform me that the missing items would be shipped at a later date.

I was very pleased with the ABC Animal Train). It can be played with on a few different levels. Young children (age 2) enjoy simply taking out the animals from their pockets and putting them back. Older children can become aware of the letters.
