All my 3 cds were broken. All the three envelopes were broken and one cd itself. I seen there is no sticker "Fragile" on the box I received. . . Then, I paid for 3 cd and only 1 are almost good (after I changed the plastic box). The other one is a mix plastic box and cardboard. I can't therefore change it. The third one is broken (plastic box and cd) and at least one song is lost. You ask me if I recommend CD Universe, even if it's probably not for fault, I can't recommend until you have a better delivery option. (more)
