Batteries were dead; Product description was not as inclusive as I would have liked. ( The " sonic screwdriver" was only a blue flashlight and the "vortex-manipulator" just has a blue LED.)

Delivery was the main problem, it took 16 worling days, I was worried but I should not have. In future I will expect a longer delivery time and if purchase arrives earlier I will be happy. Support from Entertainment Earth was great.

Item came with batteries, but the batteries were drained, I do not know if the item works yet, have to go buy batteries to replace, also item has faded paint and black smudge in one side $30+ for it big dissapointment.

I was quite pleased with the "Dexter" package that I received: the regular action figure, the special "Dark Defender" figure, and the tote bag. Great items!
