I ordered an item off their website and paid for it with my credit card. I received conirmation e-mail of my order. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box to discover a COMPETELY different item sitting there where my order shoud have been!

Batteries were dead; Product description was not as inclusive as I would have liked. ( The " sonic screwdriver" was only a blue flashlight and the "vortex-manipulator" just has a blue LED.)
