I was surprised to find that my order was just thrown into a box - 200 tea bags in the shipping box. I had expected it to come in some sort of packaging.

One of the jar lids was damaged and almost impossible to open. Good thing I wanted one for myself, as if it had been a gift item I'd have had to return it.

The coupon code you sent in an email would not work on the order. Right after I received my order, you sent a new email and new coupon code.
