To date I have not received the skirt. I got a post card saying the skirt will be delivered around December 25th, which I think is really bad since the skirt was ordered in October.

Received e-mail stating charge upon order. Items shipped-card charged $74.99 extra. No warning prior to charge-coupons had supposedly expired. Called customer service twice and sent e-mail; no resolution; filed dispute with AMEX. Awaiting...

The order was delayed several times by the merchant, then canceled after the supposed delivery date. It was very disappointing. I will not order again, because I will have no idea whether or not items actually are or will ever be available.

The quality of clothing: imperfections in merchandice. The sizes are not true and shipping to high.You don't need to send another catolog back again with junk mail

I ORDERED A COAT IT WAS EVERTHING THAT I EXPECTED, QUALITY AND PRICE, I PLAN TO ORDER AGAIN, I LOVE THEIR MERCHAMDISE. I HAVE ORDERED SHOES AND CLOTHING AND EVERYTHING THAT I RECEIVED WAS OF GREAT QUALITY.
