The item was delivered to a third party who took the day off from work to accept delivery. They finally arrived at 9:30pm -- after she spent the entire day waiting in the house. Some us us have to work to pay for these products!

I usually shop at your 14th street store but it's getting "Hispanic"--like they're too busy to take care of customers. Tell the manager to kick sum butt, please.

I've placed my order on october 27 and payed for two days delivery, I was supossed to get my item on october 29 or 30 but it didn't happen. I got my order on november 2. I was a birthday present for sunday, I was very upset about it.

I am most satisfied with my purchase (a Gateway 23" LCD monitor) and there is a lot of "monitor envy" in my office. On placement of my order P.C. Ricahrd & Son provided tracking details, and I received the shipment within 5 days of my order.
