I think the quantities for the lids should be the same as the containers that they fit. I did not realize this until I received my order and now have to order more and pay more shipping because the quantities were off. The shipping was timely and the site was extremely easy to navigate. (more)

I was disappointed that no delivery notification was given. They had my phone # and I live very close to the restaurant. I expected to be called and told that the unit would be delivered during some time range. I did not receive any notification. Instead they obviously just threw it out of the truck and damaged the unit. I did get a $350 discount for accepting a damaged unit but it was still not a pleasant buying experience. I would suggest that you get another shipping company. (more)
