I was very happy with the product and how fast it was delivered. I didn't expect it to get here as soon as it did. I had a question and they answered it quickly and helpfully.

It might be helpful to have a video on how to use the chemical products correctly. I guess that the manufacturers would have a video that could be linked to your website.

Ordered 10/19 and received 10/29! UPS is faster than that. We ordered "assorted colors" and we received 2 boxes green and 1 box blue "swords" not assorted in each box.

tracking seems impossable.I can never get logged on to my acct. I gave up trying still 99% satisfied. it got here on time.

The Nacho cheese taste very bad. I have used Gordon Food Service nacho cheese in a can for years and the flavor is much better

I rate your products and service via internet very highly. The only really negative "grade" I gave you in this survey was the fact that I was unable to obtain any tracking information on the product using the order number and/or tracking number.
