I had a problem with the camera I purchased and they took care of it quickly. I wish all internet businesses operated like this. This was a very positive experience.

Everything went well, only problem I have is the cost of shipping and handling, it was almost as much as the part. The part was not that big or heavy - so it seems as a hidden way to get more money from the customer.

The IT Department has not yet installed the cards at the location of use at this time. As soon as they are installed and an evaluation can be done, we will decide if we wish to purchase the cards for all our 120 locations.

need to call about the cameras. They will not focus and there was no information with them on how to adjust. DVR works great and was easy to set up.

The playback on the dvr is very poor quality
