Product did not contain all pieces. Missing AC adapter and modular cable. did online chat for resolution and was told that I needed to talk to sales and they were not in the office.

Attempted to contact 123 Security Products vie e-mail. Never received a reply. CCTV Power supply I received appears to have been a previous return, packing box was damaged/had been opener. Contents slightly damaged.

E-mailed with no response. Phoned and support was very helpful and returned my call the following day. Item they noted was out of stock although this wasn't noted during the purchase. Support upgraded delivery upon receiving back ordered items.
