Need to specify what product can not be used for. Needed a shelter for snow. It did not say specifically not for snow until i opend the box. Now I have to pay for shipping and restocking!! I am not happy.

The product that I ordered was a canopy. I opened it to find out that it only had 3 legs. Fortunately the dealer is located in southern Ca. I had to drive there (48mi)to exchage it. I am not happy at all!

slight product damage during shipping. Driver could not get item to my house due to size of truck versus size of roads. I had to meet the driver elsewhere.

the directions for setting up was NOT! clear. it would have helped a lot if the zipper panels were numbered, it was not clear if the zipper zip from the inside or the outside nothing was said that weights might have been needed if there was wind.
