My credit card was charged even though the item ordered was not in stock. Delivery was delayed by several weeks. Most companies charge your credit card the date product is available for shipping and not before.

Need to specify what product can not be used for. Needed a shelter for snow. It did not say specifically not for snow until i opend the box. Now I have to pay for shipping and restocking!! I am not happy.
