Shopping online with PBS is very easy and has a great selection of hard to find items at reaonable prices. Thanks for broadcasting the highest quality programs. Reality opera? Might help make opera and the fine arts more interesting to the masses?...

Service, delivery, and the product itself were all outstanding.
The only thing I did not like about the experience was the flood of promotional email I got following the order -- leading me to "unsubscribe" from PBS mailings.

I thought I had paid for second-day delivery but the product was not delivered until the 6th day (yesterday). But, as long as the DVD's were in my hands by Christmas, there was no reason to fret. Overall, I was quite happy.

Items got here in time for Christmas so it's OK and it may have been the post office and not PBS. Mail service here sucks!
