Product arrived but is not complete - unit is missing clear window over display. - I have contacted OTC (manufacturer) to see if they can provide missing part, If not I would like to exchange unit for a complete unit.

Shipping costs are high! Other weight comparable products ordered from other manufacturers do not have double the price shipping like all tire supply. I will not order from you guys again unless shipping prices are lowered.
