I told the customer representative that I wanted soft replacement handles for my walker. They told me what I needed so I ordered that. What arrived was a pair of hard, moulded grips. They worked so I didn't complain.

One part was not included with the shipment. When I contacted Barb at SpinLife she resolved the problem the same day. She called me back and told me the missing part has been shipped. I appreciate the very timely response.
