After 11 days I called re status of order. Told frames are unavailable. I should have been notified as soon as that information was known by POS. It also needlessly delayed shipping the 2nd pair of frames in the order.

There is absolutely NO tracking information available online; absolutely NO estimated delivery time was given. I had no way of knowing WHEN my shipment would arrive. Emails were a hassle, and it's a long distance phone call to find. NOT impressed!
