I was informed before i order all items were in stock and if there was a problem cotact would be made before shipping. THe order was processed and then an email was sent.

Notified after more than 24 hours after I placed the order that you were out of stock. Should have occured immediately. Was sent 'confirmation' e-mails that all was OK. The mouthpiece was out of stock- there was no need to send the reeds.

I ordered the item on 7/22/09. IT said the item usually ships in 1-2 days. I emailed them on 7/28/09 and the item shipped on 7/30/09. I never received a response from them on my 7/28/09 email other than a shipment notification.

I have already sent an email regarding the shipping, but to reiterate, I paid for a shipping service (priority international) that delivers within 6 - 10 days. 16 days later, and it still has not arrived! The USPS has let you down.
