I was very upset at the fact that I kept on getting the run-a-round with getting an answer on why my order was taking so long. It seamed that their was a lack of knowledge of what was going on with it. Then I wasn't called when told I would.

I was informed before i order all items were in stock and if there was a problem cotact would be made before shipping. THe order was processed and then an email was sent.

Notified after more than 24 hours after I placed the order that you were out of stock. Should have occured immediately. Was sent 'confirmation' e-mails that all was OK. The mouthpiece was out of stock- there was no need to send the reeds.

Awesome delivery service. I would have had to wait 4-6 weeks for my order from the local dealer. You guys got it to me in 5 days. Fantastic product btw.
