I have used memory up a lot. I had one defective product and they replaced it no question. I had one that was not on their web site. Called them and in 15 min was on there. Order and worked great. Keep up the good work. Thanks Greg

I really appreciated your staff telling me I had ordered the wrong items for my laptop. They notified me that they were shipping the correct items ILO and I certainly appreciated their concern and shipping the correct items to me.

I have yet to recieve the product. I am quite disapointed. I have ordered thins from china and hongkong after my memory up order and have recieved them. The tracking number given didnt even work. there is no excuse for the error.

I WOULD NORMALLY BE RELUCTANT TO PURCHASE ONLINE BUT THIS COMPANY DESERVES AN A PLUS FOR THEIR SERVICE. IF I WOULD NEED ANYTHING ELSE RELATED TO MY NEEDS I WOULD CERTAINLY CONTACT THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE THANK YOU.
