Once again, Drs. Foster & Smith gave me speedy service, with a new, better shipping cost, and the usual wonderful items, plus some newly released toys. I couldn't be happier with their products and service.

I bought a ramp. I am very unhappy because of the poor packaging, when I opened the box I cut the material. This was an expensive product and it was not protected inside the box. I doubt I will buy again from this site or recommend it to any one.

The website is extremely easy to use. Whenever I have questions the customer service staff are extremely knowledgeable. I've never had a complaint regarding any product purchased from Drs. Foster & Smith (and don't anticipate any in the future).

I really wish I had an option other than PayPal. I have ALWAYS used Bill Me Later (I have excellent standing with them, so I am not sure why it wasn't an option) I purchase all the time, cuz it's the only place I can get healthy LOW CALORIE treats!

Always an extensive array of products and in stock, others could learn from you. Your service is great, items ship quickly. Shipping charges are very reasonable.
