Instructions are terrible....unable to set date and time...screen too small and not back lighted for ease of use. Very disappointed and will toss rather than return.

I could not place the order when it was on sale. I could not get to the check out screen. E-mailed cust. service or tech support and they suggested I Call. I finally did order it online but at a price considerable higher.

I have an old Fraklin.
The new drvice had
d tiny keypad & screen. Make something us older folks could use.I saw where you were intoducing a similar device[encyclopedia] this summer. I will anticipatea better format for older people. Thanks

I ordered on-line and didn't receive confirmation. Checked with credit card co. and money hadn't been charged to account. Ordered again by phone and received original order from computer.
