This company is horrible!!!! I ordered several sets all in the same color. They came and they did not match in any way. I contacted the company, and basically they told me I was out of luck, but would give me 50% off a reorder. I contacted my credit card company and they fixed my problem. I was refuned my money and left with these horrible mismatched curtains. DO NOT PURCHASE MULTIPLE sets if you want them to match. (more)

I am glad I decided to order from this company, as I love the products I have received. I will say I was hesitant at first due to the report from the BBB. I would highly suggest that this company work with the BBB whenever there are complaints to ensure they have a good record on file. I placed one small order and didn't have any issues, so I placed a larger order. No issues there, either. Thanks!! (more)
