My order was delayed by 15 days, according to a message you sent me. I haven't received my order yet. I am eagerly awaiting the shipment of my record cleaner. Please advise me when it will be shipped. Dennis Rhodes

I haven't had the time to check the product to see if it's the correct style. And it may be some time before I can do this since my turntable needs to be reconditioned; therefore,I'm not able to evaluate its performance at this time.

I don't recall getting a tracking # if one was ever available.It took a bit longer than expected to arrive via Priority.The order took 9 days to arrive.This is probably a result of slower than optimum order processing and slow shipping time in my area.Not a serious grievance at all so Cheers! I have done business with KAB for several years and have always been well pleased with the quality and price of the products. In the past I have talkes with Kevin by phone and through e-mail several times and I must say that he both knowledgeable and helpful. (more)
