I would like information about how or if it is possible to upgrade my purchase. The blinds I purchased are fine, good quality, received in a timely manner, but are too thin to block the afternoon sun, which was why I ordered them.

It would be a great idea to include instructions with the blinds. It was a little tricky trying to hang them without instructions.
I love the window coverings...they're great quality and I'm super satisfied.

Great price, easy measuring because they gave very explicit instructions on the website. I wouldn't have been happy with the finished product had I not gotten the sample pieces.

the blinds seem to be good quality and they arrived very promptly. My one criticism is that the valances were not cut very evenly and a tad shorter than the length of the blinds. You can see a bit of the metal header behind it.

SIMPLIFY MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS. ALL MY SHADES ARE 1 1/2 INCHES TOO NARROW AS A RESULT OF COMPLICATED MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS.

I would say at least 75% of homes that use their services are track homes and are without plum walls. We found it very difficult to get an accurate measurement with 2 out of 3 windows and the shades appear bowed when placed in the windows.
