the blinds seem to be good quality and they arrived very promptly. My one criticism is that the valances were not cut very evenly and a tad shorter than the length of the blinds. You can see a bit of the metal header behind it.

SIMPLIFY MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS. ALL MY SHADES ARE 1 1/2 INCHES TOO NARROW AS A RESULT OF COMPLICATED MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS.

I would say at least 75% of homes that use their services are track homes and are without plum walls. We found it very difficult to get an accurate measurement with 2 out of 3 windows and the shades appear bowed when placed in the windows.

The entire experience was a pleasure, from contacting customer support to the ordering process and all of the way through the delivery. The product delivered seems to be high quality and the installation was extraordinarily simple.

I am extremely pleased with the premium bamboo shades I ordered. The customer service rep. with whom I spoke was so helpful in answering some questions I had about ordering. The product is a high quality shade, and installation was easy.
