Dissapointed to have paid shipping for e-tickets which bear someone else's name on them. Tickets feel illegitimate, I hope they're not! I also found that I paid more than the value of the tickets. I think I will go back to using StubHub next time.

Dissatisfied with the processing fee, on top of ticket mark-up and shipping charge. You should add the processing fee to the ticket price; because you did not, your prices are misleading.

Rapid email response to status of ticket order, such as delivery sent, expected date of arrival , etc. Was not expecting an email to verify delivery which was great
