My order arrived promtly. However,when we used them on opening day, as soon as we placed the first one in the water the part with the battery fell of rendering it useless.The second one filled with water and quit working.

very good costomer support as far as tracking info ,I did not have to use the phone.all done at the computer.very happy product other than the gosse shells the paint was chipped in places on everyone of them.but I can see that is p.w.'s fault.

Tried to call customer service but wait time were too long. I must not have read the decription close enough this a goose call not a duck call. I thought the offer on TV said duck call.

Mack's is the best company that I have delt with when purchasing misc items for duck hunting as well as clothing they offer. I always promote and try to get others to use Macks whenever possible.

The two orders of full body goose decoys ...I was under the impression they would not all be identical! Too late and too busy to exchange. Won't order these from Mack's again. Not happy!
