My plumber who installed the faucet claimed that a piece was missing and had problems. It is working now but I fear that it will start leaking because the faucet is not completely flush with the base.

I needed a manifold valve to complete my installation of my shower set, and faucet.com had plenty in stock; chose next day delivery--and there it was!Had to cancel a "not needed" component, and my card was refunded right away.
