I was extremely pleased with the speed of delivery and the fact that they had the product in stock. Without the promo code, they would not have been the lowest cost vendor but because of it I gave them a try.

The experience was great but when the part arrived it did not fit the sink it was intended for. We are ordering a new faucet which will correct this.

even though I've never heard of Danze faucets before purchase, I am pleased with the product. I was worried that it may be cheaply made but found that was not the case.

I went into a local store to look at kitchen faucets and found the one that I wanted. I then went to Faucet.com and found the same faucet and it was $80.00 less on line. Since you did not charge shipping it was a no brainer to buy from Faucet.com.

My faucet was dented when I received it. I called to get it returned and was told that in 2-3 days I would receive an email with a return authorization code. It has now been 5 days and even with follow-up phone call I have still not received the...
