I was extremely pleased with the speed of delivery and the fact that they had the product in stock. Without the promo code, they would not have been the lowest cost vendor but because of it I gave them a try.

Janine in customer service is absolutely outstanding. My issue with the ordering process is that you say items are in stock and ship in 24 hours that positively are not and do not.

even though I've never heard of Danze faucets before purchase, I am pleased with the product. I was worried that it may be cheaply made but found that was not the case.
