I've written 2 emails about this ink purchase with no responce.I only got 6 pics out of it (and they weren't too good) before it ran out.I had to put the other cartridge in as I was getting ready for Granny's 100th bday and needed it for 2 more pics.

I couldn't track my package unless I made an account with you. Most other places just give the UPS or USPS tracking number, but I couldn't do that with mine for some reason. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place, but it wasn't easy to find.

I tried to track my order from my email notice at the address given and it told me I could not do it at that address. I have never had this trouble before. I have always been satisfied with the service and the products I have ordered in the past.
