Product looked like original only wood. Installed and loud noise when turned on. After looking closer discovered no end cap on one side, only bearing(that was reason loud noise). Called and they said replacement on the way

GoVacuum was unable to inform me that my order was backordered. Additionally, the product I ordered continued to be listed as in stock on their website, even after I was told it was on backorder, 2 weeks after my order, and at my inquiry.
