Make sure that price it says I will be charged is the price that runs on my credit card. It removed discount that showed up for me.

I placed my order on the 10th and didn't receive it until the 23rd. I first contacted by sending an e-mail to weborders. They never responded. I called today and talked to a lady that tracked it and said I should receive it soon.

Datalog interface is poor-how it records the price and discounts, the inability to contact customer support by replying to the web order address from which my receipt of order was generated--no response from customer service it's just not user...

My only disappointment was that I had to buy another Love my Bodyshop discount card when I already had one. Evidently the system could not recognize my card number. This was not acceptable.

Did not receive the promised "free" product: small Satsuma Body Butter, and don't know if my VISA was credited and if I really received the 20% discount as promised by email.
