Good buying experience, but Im not sure how good High Sierra backpack is. Seems smaller and less sturdy. LLBean guarantees products for life. But my son liked the description of this one and I liked the price. RockyMountainTrail was great.

The bag was bright red-the picture shown was burgundy. Would have ordered a blue bag had I known the true color.

The backpack I ordered was out of stock,they offered it in another color that was at least $25 more. Other sites acknowledged the fact that they were out of the item or that there might be only a few left. I knew the deal was to good to be true.

I can not believe I had to pay $11.25 to return the back pack. The price did not reflect the quality of the back pack what so ever. It was cheaply made. I guarantee it cost me more to return it than it did to produce it!

Marketing/pricing strategy mis leading.Price appears 39.95 or 49.95 & when you select any size/any color the price jumps usually by $50.I take offense to that.I agree that I have the option to stop the order or continue but it is like "bait and...
