First I got a damaged product in the right size, and then I got a perfect looking product in the wrong size (sent me Men's size 7/Women's size 9, instead of Women's size 7), and the 3rd time I finally got a decent looking product in the right size....

I loved the necklace but it was tiny; I was thinking it was larger - sometimes I confuse John Hardy's jewelry with David Yurman's. It said "petite", although I had never seen one that small. Sorry, I will purchase again!!
