Ace Hardware is an old favorite of mine. I can find items that are unavailable in other stores.

They have always been very helpful. I can always find specialty items there. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I saw the same little fire place in a store in the heighbohood selling for 20% more than I've paid ay ACE.It's a very nice item!

Slow shipping for an Internet site, but that is because it combines with a regular store shipment of goods. No info as to when it would ship. Store reported it there when I asked, before ACE said it shipped.

I did not receive the shipping confirmation email until after I had been contacted by the store it was shipped to and I had picked it up.

I changed my phone number on the Ace rewards site and when I placed the order but my old number was on the packing slip. I did not get a call from the store the order was delivered to.

I waited over two weeks, still no receipt of item. There is not a tracking system for tracing the items. My credit card was CHARGED weeks BEFORE THE ITEM ARRIVED AT THE POINT OF PICK UP. My project could not wait the long waiting period for this...
