    It was a little bit difficult to figure out how and where backtrack to choose the pickup option after I saw the price of shipping. I was tempted at one point to abandon the process. Need to be able to do it at the last minute.

    The knowledge of Ace in knowing where my item was is appalling. They had no clue and tried to bluff. Said it was in warehouse and was pulling item. No clue when it would be shipped and where the item was. Guess what? I get a call ... Read full review »

    my problem with the checkout was I was unclear about the "free pickup at store." I clicked on the red button and it did not say no shipping charge. It just says AK and HI get reduced shipping charge. I went ahead anyway and found ... Read full review »

    Ace has some surprisingly good values...waaay better than some of the big box stores at the next town from here.

    I was surprised by my local ACE Hardware could sell me a product that the big box stores 15 miles away were selling for 30% more!

    Compared prices and these were the cheapest. I would have preferred to have them shipped to my home but that option either was not offered or was overshadowed by the "ship to store" option.

    I support my neighborhood store. Their customer service has only failed me once ever since I began shopping there. As long as the pricing and availability of my needs are in an acceptable range, I will continue to shop there
