The two demand pumps had defective hoses. The plumber had to replace We could not remove the pumps and send them back after all of the time he spent with the installation. I called the vendor and was greeted with a bad attitude.

One of the two items needs to be replaced - it got damaged during shipping (I guess). The customer service told me I will receive a message immediately regarding the process of return/replacement. But I have not received anything after 12 hours.

You declined my purchase & said my credit card would not approve internet purchase & said if I did nothing past 48 hours, my purchase would be terminated. A week later, you sent it anyway, I have debt now and you broke contractual agreement.

This is the first time we purchased a Tankless heater. We had some problems with installation. The hot water line should have been longer, but other than that this product is great so far. Thanks

The product casing was cracked but still able to work. I figured it would be more trouble than it was worth to ship it back so I just kept it.
