FedEx did not deliver on the day it was scheduled. The driver claimed there was an error in the address. But there was no error. Overnight, FedEx prepared a map and stuck it on the back of the package. Delivery took place on the next day.

I received the software that I ordered except it was the incorrect O/S version; I had ordered the correct version but the wrong version was shipped; customer service was exceptional in their response and turn-around time.

When I received the software, my computer said it was blank. I have a dell studio 17 with Vista. I tried many different ways of getting into the cd. It wanted to reformat the disk.Then I put it in one more time, and it worked like a charm.

Everything went as was stated. I ordered the saoftware, theyn confirmed the order, notified me of anticipated date of delivery and the software was delivwered as stated. I have loasded and used the software and am well satisfied.

I'm a bit confused as when I was installing my software I was told it has a 2 year agreement yet during the installation process it claimed to expire in Feb of 2011? Did this automatically update during insatllation? Thank you.
