My shades did not come with in the time I expected so I called and was told the fabric was backordered until Nov. 23. I should expect them in Dec. She said she would check into a credit for me because no one in production let us know about this.

The only problem and the reason that I had to contact customer service was that I was unsure if I needed to subtract from the with of the window for the blinds or was this done by your end, and how much needed to be subtract. Could you explain on...

received blinds one day late The blinds were exact color I ordered. My husband put two up in fifteen minutes. Price was more than competitive. Great shopping experience.

This is my 2nd purchase with Select Blinds. These bamboo blinds look LOVELY! I can't wait to hang them in the dining room. I cannot believe how quickly orders are processed and shipments delivered. Thank you select blinds!

The valance clips delivered required an overhanging headrail. I had to redrill holes in order to move headrail out from wall. Instructions say to drill holes in the window frame. Valance won't fit with these clips when you do that.

I think you need written instructions on how to hang the blinds in the box with the order. I had a hard time getting the instructions of the internet due to my computer having problems.
