I called select blinds yesterday to let them know that one of my blinds were damaged. The recording says they will get back within 24 hours and it has already passed that, I still have not heard from them.

My blinds arrived in a timely fashion and were exactly what I ordered. The only thing that kept the order from being perfect is that one of the blind drawstrings is hard to pull. I can live with it because they look so nice.

One of my blinds is 1/8" too long out of 5 blinds. Am not able to install and don't know how to return and re-order.

I am sure I ordered all three blinds to be top bottom bottom up and only one came that way. I double checked order before I submitted it, so I don't understand. what happened!
