The only thing that I was disapointed with was in the ad I thought it said I could put the basket under the seat or on the front and I can only put it on the front But the walker is very well made and I do use it every day.

I just needed a push wheel chair for my disabled husband when we are unable to bring his electric wheel chair. I did not want to spend a lot of money, but I needed it to be sturdy and light weight.

Cust svc was purposely vague about delivery."My account" was NOT updated, I was informed about actual shipping 5 days after it was actually shipped. I tried to CNX order before it shipped but couldn't get thru by phone and e-mails were not answered.

The wheel chair I ordered was not available, I only discovered the problem when I called to see why it had not arrived yet, then I was told it was out of stock. The girl said they could substitute a differnt chair of lesser quality for SAME PRICE

None of you are on the same page! The wheelchair is on back order and I was not informed of this until I tried to track delivery. Now you ask questions about the product and it will be another week before it will be shipped.
