I have never had a problem with JTV and I have ordered several items. I did send back a ring from a previous order that did not meet my expectations, but with this order I got the ring I wanted and it was prefect.

I ordered two 14K widow mites pendants for Christmas. One had detail, cleaned bronze. The other coin was BLACK, as if burned, and it broke in two. I found a replacement in Dallas. JTV should not have sold the black coin.

I was dissapointed on an item that I WON in the aution and received a completely different item then what I won. O have not heard by phone or e-mail if JTV will be able to provide me with the actual item that I won in the aution.
