I ordered a pair of diamond studs. I hope that I would get an appraisal with the earing. I didn't. However, I did get a private appraisal, and I'm very pleased with my purchse.

I wanted to review these items, however the URL failed on each individual item on each individual email review request. There needs to be a better way to get in and review these items.

No customer support to explain billing. Bills are hard to read with all the notes in the middle.

Since I never had a confirmation email from JTV of the order and no shipping letter I am not sure what the order was as I did not print it as I ordered it!

This was my first purchase. My local jeweler closed and Sam's Club has a limited selection, and your price beat them substantially.

I bought this item for my brother and had it shipped to his address. Although everything arrived safely and on time, I was not able to track the order. It would be great if a JTV customer could track a gift order.
