Too much asterick & small print, definitely felt a "bait & switch" type of sale and a rude CSR who can't be bothered answering a question. There are so many companies out there that do this type of thing..I'll stay with the straight-forward...

I am not happy with the response envelope, the address lines are very far apart and it looks odd. The outer carton had a huge gash in it, so did the inner box containing the invitations. Good thing a lot of tissue was used otherwise the contents...

The product is great. The only thing I was disappointed with is the shipping time for UPS ground. Regular mail would have been much quicker.

I'm not sure why you made the font smaller on one important line of text than I had it and moved the spacing on the invitation I designed. The rest looks fine and It will do, but I had specifically said to leave it the way I had designed it,...

When someone does custom invitations, they generally do companion items to go with them (response cards, direction cards, menu cards, etc.). If you offer standard designs, all companion items should be available in that design to make the collection...

I LOVED the option to make my own invitation. It is very hard to find Halloween themed invitations that are classy enough to be used for a wedding. Ours came out beautifully, I am very pleased!
