I WAS OVERALL PLEASED WITH MY PRODUCT PURCHASE AT U.C. ONLY 1 PRODUCT, LIFESTYLES VIBRATING CONDOM RING, DISAPPOINTED ME SOMEWHAT. BUT ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF MY PURCHASE WERE VERY SATISFACTORY. THANK YOU. WILL PROBABLY BE MAKING OTHER PURCHASES AT U.C. IN THE FUTURE. (more)

Aside from the excessively high shipping charges, I was thuroughy disappointed when the condoms were not in a factory box but intead inside a ziplock baggie. I'm just going to my neighborhood pharmacy from now on.

Outstanding service all the way around. Products were delivered on time, discretely, and properly packaged. My only concern was that somewhere between Undercover and delivery, an attempt was made to open the packaging (addressed with the carrier), but the efforts of Undercover's shipping personnel to put double and triple seals on the package kept my order intact. Keep up the GREAT work. (more)

I ordered theTrojans Vibrating Rings with 2 condoms. My husband put on the Trojan comdom correctly, he's used them before. During the act the condom tore and we are very upset. We only buy Trojans brand, because its a name we trust. It is our method of birth control and we are very unhappy. I called customer service and was told that they are not repackaged, I would need to contact Trojans directly, you could not do anything for me. (more)

I paid for international air mail.... I cant understand how "air mail" can take 14 days to reach its destination !However once items did arrive we are pleased with them ! And now, knowing lenght of delivery would still order again !!
