Irons delivered on time and in good condition. There was no packing slip or sales invoice included. No way to confirm if spine alignment and frequency matching was actually done.

Had to contact Custom Golf Stop to request "UPS tracking number" which should have been routinely sent. Other than that, product,price,quality,delivery and everything else was excellent.

According to the tracking system provided, my golf club arrived in Las Vegas 10/2/09 but was not delivered on Tuesday 10/06/09. The scheduled delivery was 10/05/09. What happened? Also, I did not receive the right head cover. The club looks good....

I ordered senior flex shafts for all irons and was told by the pro that put them together that the shaft co. doesn't even make sr. flex steel shafts. I should have been contacted and given a 2nd choice.

Upon opening the packager I like the club that was delivered and after I hit it may buy the whole set. Can I still get the set at the total set price less the club I bought or do I have to return the club I bought and buy the whole set?

I have tried the clubs, they are not exactly suitable. I plan to return both and have the clubs altered to suit my needs. How do I do this. I can drive to Sacto. to have this done. What is your address there.
