my order was never received by the recipient. a response to my email about order #261429 was never received by me. i will not use you ever again if my account is not credited the amount of sale.

I ordered online and did not talk to anyone.
I could not track my order.
I was worried that the flowers would not arrive at my Aunt's funeral.
They did and they were beautiful.

The shipping address was wrong (said Jupiter instead on Juniper Dr.), the name on the "From" section on the card was spelled incorrectly - but it was delivered to the right person and on time and heard it was lovely.

It would be nice if I got a confirmation of delivery e-mail from either cheapflowers or the delivering florist. I had to ask my friend if they arrived.
