I ordered two gaskets for my stove top espresso pot. The picture on your web site looked exactly like mine. I tried one, it did not work.

The product was shipped damaged. I know this because the larger packing box was undamaged yet the internal product box was somewhat crushed and misformed and the product was damaged inside, it should've been inspected prior to shipping.
