I ordered an AC adapter/Ibook computer. The new AC adapter worked but did not charge the battery. A technician referenced the DC-Inboard power port. I purchased the port, installed it and plugged in the AC adapter. Everything works great!

I initially ordered the wrong product, and contacted customer support via online chat. That worked better than phone support in my past experience. We resolved the issue immediately and I got the right product right away.
