I wish I could have had instructions on how to install the new battery in my laptop. Thought there were many videos on how to fix my computer, none of them had anything to do with installing a new battery.

The external DVD burner I received has instruction for Windows XP not Mac. I did not have time to do anything more that acknowledge the contents of the packet. I will need support or to return this product if it does not run with my iBook G4.

Everything so far is fine. I have not installed the part yet. But I saw there ere guides I can download on the site and I think that is a great feature, probably one of the top benefits of why I chose PB medic.

Logic board shipped in plastic that in not ESD compliant. The board was also stripped of some components (heat sinks, etc.) There was no indication that the logic board had been altered once it had been removed from another computer.

The online manuals with the best parts prices with Powerbook Medic the best experience repairing a Mac I have ever had, I will continue to use and recommend this company to my friends who can build computers that have made the switch from PC to MAC.
