Most of the products I am highly satisfied with. The only thing that I wasn't too happy with was the time it took to arrive. Also I wasn't able to track it with the number provided.

I was very happy with the whole experience with your company. I had been looking for a 1/24 or 1/32 scale 'Smart Car', but the 1/18 scale is great. (My appologies in getting this back to you late, as I thought I had already sent a responce. Again, great service, I will use in the future.) (more)

It took eight days to receive the item I ordered. I did not think it would take that long. When I went on the web site to track the order there was no information. I ordered the item on Thursday, o4/03 and checked the web site on Monday, 4/7.

It's not that I wouldn't recommend your site, I most likely won't remember the name. This was a gift for my grandson, so I'm not sure if I will be returning it or not at this time. Also, the one thing and most important thing was the $12 charge for shipping, when I know it's 1/2 of that. Because of the selection of model cars that's most important - I'm just stuck paying the outrageous shipping charges, so I will relate the cars to shipping cost. (more)

I purchase items from several other sites and above all the rest i like the shipping and tracking information from Idcow the best, but you do a great job. Yout site have a great selection of modern day car's but not of the vintage cars but i find my self visiting your site more (more)
