Well... I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive my items for 3.5 weeks. I understand that one of the items had to be made for me, but there was no offer to refund the overnight shipping charge.

Chain was larger diameter than I thought it would be, but I like the style more than any other, maybe you could make the TI Wheat in a 4mm size and if you do, maybe you could trade with me.

I ORDERED TWO OF THE SAME ITEM. I CONTACTED JUST METAL TWICE BY E-MAIL & ON THE 2ND TIME, THEY PHONED ME THAT DAY. WE WERE ABLE TO EASILY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEIR STAFF WAS VERY NICE & EASY TO WORK WITH.
