This is the 1st time ordering any product from burn smart. So far everything is fine. I've just received my burner today. Almost 16 days from the time I originally ordered it.

Would like to have known order would not process and ship until the day after it had been placed. Would like order status it to be more informative than saying Order Is Pending i.e. Why is it pending / what is holding it up?

Had an issue where only half of my order arrived and the other half (of over $1100 worth of stuff) got forgotten about... But after an email to the Burnsmart staff, I had the issue resolved and the 2nd half of the stuff in 7 days.
