Only thing that I can see that should be changed is the options for shipping should be expanded and the ability to ship on your own account.
I was able to do this by contacting customer suppport but it should have been an option on the website.

When I opened the box one set of wires are disconnected. They seem to be pulled out of the fan.

I don't like that you can't call them. When I wanted to change something on my order, instead of changing the part they cancelled the order and made me do the whole thing over.What a pain! Otherwise prices were great and shipping was ultra-fast!
